Who holds your information

Interiors By Azza, a design studio based in Dubai. If you want to ask anything about your information, or ask us to delete it, email info@byazza.ae.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form and the files you choose to attach. Nothing is gathered in the background: there are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies beyond the one that keeps the studio signed in to its own private page.

Depending on which form you use, that can include your name, email address, phone number, the emirate and area of the property, a map link to it, what you are planning, and any photographs, floor plans or portfolio files you upload.

Why we have it

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to understand the project well enough to answer usefully. For the creative network form, to keep your details on file and look at them when relevant work comes up.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is kept

Files go from your browser straight to private storage at Cloudflare — they are not held on the website's own server on the way. The written answers are stored alongside them.

The storage is private. There is no public address for any file. When the studio opens an enquiry, the site creates a download link that stops working a few minutes later, so nothing becomes a permanent link that could be forwarded on.

Who can see it

Azza and the studio. The studio's page is behind a password, and an email notification of each enquiry goes to the studio's inbox.

Two suppliers hold it on our behalf and do not use it for anything of their own: Cloudflare, which stores the files, and Netlify, which runs the website and delivers the notification email.

A note about files you remove

Attachments begin uploading as soon as you choose them, so that the form is not slow to send. If you remove a file before sending, it is not attached to your enquiry and the studio is not shown it — but the upload has already happened, so a copy remains in storage until it is deleted. If that matters to you, email us and we will remove it.

How long we keep it

Indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it. Enquiries are not removed on a schedule: a project can come back years after the first conversation, and the studio keeps the original brief and drawings so that it can pick the thread up.

You can ask us to delete everything at any time, and we will.

What you can ask for

Under the UAE's data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email info@byazza.ae and we will deal with it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
